Q. How do I charter an aircraft?

Q.How quickly will you come back to me?
A. Fast! We aim to respond to you within 30 minutes of an enquiry for an executive aircraft, and within 2 hours for a larger commercial transport.

Q. How do I confirm the flight?
A. Just tell us you're happy with the quote and send us your confirmation by fax. We will then immediately e-mail you and fax a confirmation document that will provide a detailed specification of your trip. This will also include payment details.

Q. When do I pay?
A. You pay the total cost of the charter,prior to the departure of the aircraft. This can be done by either cheque or bank transfer. In the case of flights booked at short notice, Freedom Air will naturally require proof of same day transfer of cleared funds.

Q. What if there is a delay or cancellation due to an issue involving the aircraft?
A. Don't Panic! If the aircraft becomes unavailable for any reason, we will be in contact with the operator to ascertain what backup they can provide. At the same time we will be accessing our extensive database for alternative aircraft availability. We will endeavour to get you airborne as close to your original departure time as possible.

Q. Will my charter be operated to the highest standards?
A. It certainly will! Freedom Air only works with aircraft operators possessed of all necessary and appropriate licenses permitting Public Transport operations.
